I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Modern Services when I had them come out for routine maintenance, recently. I've been a loyal and overall very satisfied customer of Modern Services' for almost four decades, now, and I would absolutely recommend them to others. Over the years they've undergone many changes-- owners, managers, workers, etc., but they've kept my patronage, through it all, and I really couldn't be happier with where they're at, as a company, now. The technician who came out most recently, also, was probably the best technician I've ever interacted with. He was just outstanding! His name was Mike, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and very polite. I really appreciated how courteous he was, and admired the pride that he took in his work. Thank you, Mike!
