I've been with Modern Services for about 6 years now and the switch from the previous a/c company is like night and day. The techs are very friendly and always respectful. I have a service contract, which is fairly priced and keeps service costs low for me. Being a single mom, everything helps, and I never feel like I'm being gouged on pricing. My a/c went out on a Friday night the day before I had to travel and they sent Zach out to trouble shoot the system. He worked on it until 11:00 pm but got the system functioning and cooling! He had such a great attitude the entire time even though it was late. I was most grateful.
