The technicians who diagnosed the air conditioning problem, and the dispatchers with whom I spoke were very knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. They made me feel well cared for in my hot weather distress. They also came to help at unpopular hours; and they were straight forward and helpful talking to me about my options.
