I hired Noble Real Estate Services in June to manage my property but they didn't get very far in the process. They tried but were unable to collect any rent from June through November which is when they dropped me. Nobody was getting paid. Covid rules stopped me from evicting the tenants and Noble Real Estate Services couldn't operate without any income. Since then, I have gone to an attorney to help me evict the tenants. Noble tried to do a good job and I wish things had gone differently. I would still recommend them to other people and would use them myself. I just need a better situation with tenants to make everything work.
