Pretty Standard Property Management Company
Noble Real Estate Services handles the property management at one of my rental properties. For the most part, it all goes fine. I had one incident when they replaced a water heater without telling me, but other than that everything has been great. The cost is 8% which I think is fair. It's a pretty standard property management company.
