Extremely happy with both my carpet and laminate! My entire experience with Bob & Janelle from the time my feet stepped in the store was so comfortable, warm and friendly. Bob recom a carpet that I absolutly love, most cozy, soft carpet I have ever had!! Exactly what i was looking for! installers, both carpet and laminate were very prompt, communication was awesome as I was not home during install for both rooms. Each room was very clean, looked really professional when completed. It was pure pleasure, every cent paid was very well worth it. I will be back next year for sure to get new livingroom carpet :)
