I've been using Northeast Iowa Mechanical for about fifteen years now, ever since Dean installed an HVAC system, and I have had no complaints. They show up on time, and if they don't, they always call if they are going to be late, or plan to arrive early. Plus, once they are here, they get right to work! About two weeks ago, I believe it was a Saturday, it was so hot, and we noticed there was water leaking from the unit, so we thought there was an issue with the pipes. Nathan came out and investigated, and it turns out that, because of the excess heat that day, the pipes were sweating, which caused the dripping and made us think there was a leak. Sure enough, the next days were cooler and there was no dripping or leaking to be found.
They always do great work, and I will continue to use their services.
