I went into this fitting with the expectation to find the right type of putter (i.e. face balanced, toe hang, etc.) for me, and in the end to confidently purchase a putter I knew was right for me and would help my game. Brett has been in the business for a long time, and he is very knowledgeable and seasoned when it comes to fitting people. He basically had me fitted without the SAM technology because the computer was going through updates. However, the updates did finally complete and we used the SAM technology to confirm his recommendations. It turns out he didn't even really need the technology to do his work, but I still thought seeing the SAM tech was cool. He had a very good understanding of what I do in my putting stroke, and I firmly believe he recommended the best putter for me. Brett asks the right type of questions to confirm the player walks out the door with the right club. The only downside is the computer was down doing upgrades, but I was the first appointment in the morning so I understand. However, maybe they could start up the computers a little earlier than opening time to avoid waiting on technology. They may already do that and still have to wait; it really wasn't a big deal. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Club Champion, and I trust the recommendations that Brett gave during the fitting. I would recommend my friends go see him if they want to improve their games.
