I went in a little unsure of what I was getting into. I have used my grandpas hand-me-down irons and super old driver for the past two years and figured it was time for an upgrade since I have been playing more. But I wanted to do it on a budget since I don’t play a ton. I had no clue what would help me the most so I just went in for the whole bag. My fitter Jason Geraci was amazing. After discussing my initial goals of accuracy on a budget we started hitting my irons and then a couple of theirs. With my goals in mind, and completely against trying to suck any money out of me, Jason suggested that we just fit me for a new driver and a fairway wood since I didn’t have one. He said that if I liked playing with my irons for sentimental reasons and I was hitting them all that worse that we could use the extra money from not doing a full bag fitting to getting me a modern driver or a fairway wood to add that tool that was missing from my bag ( I never used anything over a 5 iron). So he saved me like $150. This blew me away. We found a driver and wood I hit decently well and were within my small price range. I ended up buying just the wood at his suggestion since hit could work for me off the tee and in the fairway. Furthermore I asked if there was anything I could do to make my grandpa’s old irons better and he took the extra time we saved by not fitting the whole bag to regrip all the irons I use on a regular basis. I am so thankful I spent the money for a quality fitting and was with a company that wasn’t out to gouge me for money. If you are a begginer who doesn’t play a ton I totally recommend you go in; just. be completely honest about what you want out of your fitting and if you don’t know what that should even be (I didn’t even consider the fact that I could just get a 3 wood and kill two birds with one stone) it won’t matter because they will help you get the equipment you need to do what you want with your game at your budget. Plus there’s no pressure to buy any of their clubs. 10/10
