When I was told this is "turn key" I had my doubts. However, it was the easiest process from beginning to end, with estimate, set up and installation and testing. Dorine was great at keeping me updated on the schedule and timing of when things would occur and the whole company is responsive to any question. This was the best installation of any work I have had on my remodel of my home. Thank you all for such a great experience and for my whole house generator.
