When my water heater went out I contacted Quality Plumbing Services, Inc. I am a disabled Veteran and needed to keep within my budget, so that was a major factor. I had initially contacted the old company that I used to use regularly but they had been sold out to someone else and did nothing but try to sell me products over the phone. Well, enough with that! I looked around some more and found Quality Plumbing Services, Inc. who had wonderful advertisements and excellent ratings which were exactly what I was hoping for. So I took a chance and gave them a call. My situation was unfortunately not considered an "emergency". I had to wash my hair in ice cold water, although I was used to doing that back when I was in Vietnam. My wife joked and told me to quit complaining. The lady who answered the phone at the company was so friendly and joking around with me that it made me feel really good. I had to wait one day to get service. The company lady called me back the next day to inform me that they were sending out a couple of technicians. Again, she was very playful and really made my day. They have excellent customer service for sure. I am telling you when the technicians arrived they were in and out so fast. They were two of the nicest gentlemen. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to make the necessary repairs instead of my having to replace the entire unit. They helped me and did not try to sell me a whole new water heater. They took the time to try and help me and save me money. Most places would have tried selling you a whole new water heater. I was very impressed with them. I have an electrical engineer degree so when the technicians explained everything to me I could understand exactly what they were describing and diagnosing. I highly recommend this company. If we have any other emergencies we plan on calling them. We have their business card. We were rather thrilled with the whole experience. One day soon I may need to replace the pipes with copper tubing. The last year or so I have been trying to use real professionals to guarantee good quality work. My neighbor used to help me out in emergency situations and I just couldn't keep bothering them. He is a professional plumber but I could not keep bothering him. All of my neighbors try to help me out due to my disabilities. But I was very satisfied with using Quality Plumbing Services, Inc. that I am going to go with them the next time around.
