Had a leaking pipe. It was the hot water main line to 3 bathrooms on one side of house. The line / leak was between main air duct and a door header. No room for easy repair. Service tech said the entire ceiling in the hallway would need to come down.. He did not even have a small extended camera... which I did, to investigate! He wanted to go between the ducts... I told him no way. Paid $180 to get him out on Saturday afternoon. He wanted to charge ~$700. If he replaced ~5’ !!! Outrageous!!! If he needed to do the entire main line.... ~ $2k with me removing drywall ceiling and he replacing it. Told him to leave as I needed to review other options. After he left my brother law and I did it ourselves (cut hanger, cut out small section of the main duct, cut pipe, added coupling, soldered, patched duct). We finished in ~2 hours!

Any good Plumber could do the same!!!! Total cost should of been ~ $350 total to include service call and repair . And NO MORE! They even changed he the $180 prior to arrival at my house.

This company is a hoax!!!! Be aware!!
