This was the first time taking my Mercedes to Jerry's Auto Repair. I live remotely, so a lot of the communication was done by phone, in so far as them sending me pictures and updates consistently. They were very involved with the strategic aspects of what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done. They repaired my car exactly on schedule and for exactly the price that they quoted. They went the extra mile for me. I found them to be honest and trustworthy. My car is running great!
