A couple weeks after getting my car back from Jerry's for an issue with my car battery/battery connection preventing my car from starting, my car again would not start. I was parked somewhere that I would have been towed if I didn't get my car out of there. I called Jerry's that night right before their shop closed, and, first thing the next morning, they sent someone to pick me up from home, bring me to my car, jump my car and get it to the shop. Then, they properly diagnosed the problem and fixed the battery connection for me free of charge.
