The customer service at Jerry's Auto Repair is great, probably four or five stars. I'm just not a huge fan of the prices which I rate at three stars. But the trade-off to paying more is they actually do a good job on my car. Also, they have a shuttle that will bring me back home or even to work. Then, they send the shuttle back to pick me up when the car is ready. The service here is good and the repairs are good. I've had 4Runners before and I knew this one was close to the end of its life. Jerry's Auto Repair was able to fix just enough on the car to keep it running so I could drive the car. They also worked with me on lowering the repair price so I could afford it. In this category, customer service is very good. It's a trade-off at any store to pay more for a good job, or pay less and be unsatisfied. Jerry's understood I needed to keep this car for now and made it work for me. I recommend Jerry's Auto Repair.
