Jerry's Auto Repair

Did my research and Jerry's Auto Repair is BBB+ accredited and is the best way to go.

Jerry's Auto Repair took a look at the vehicle that I purchased and gave me an oil change. Jerry told me what was wrong, what needed to be fixed. He gave me the stoplight list--red, green, yellow--what needed to be done now and what could wait. He made some repairs and the car runs great. Jerry's Auto Repair drove me back to my place, and then they came and picked me up and took me back to the dealership. They asked me when I wanted to be picked up and they asked me when and where they could come to get me, which was a whole different location. I wasn't able to pick the vehicle up right away and it sat in their lot for a couple of days. They kept it there through a long weekend and then they came to pick me up. They gave me great customer service. Really spoiled me. The car runs great! I've known about Jerry's Auto Repair for a long time, but this is the first work I've actually had done by them. My grandma taught me to interview mechanics. She was a smart woman.
My grandmother would initial the parts she had replaced on the vehicle so that no mechanic could bring her a faulty part and say it was from her vehicle when it wasn't. I had done the interview at Jerry's Auto Repair last year. I went in and talked to them about how they charged, about their bay, whether or not I could view my mechanic as he worked on the car and questions like that. Jerry answered all of my questions. He didn't mind that I hadn't brought a vehicle for service. I noticed that Jerry's is BBB-accredited also, which was good for me. So I put Jerry down on my shortlist a year ago, but I didn't need them until I bought my most recent car, which is a 1995 Mitsubishi. I bought it to teach my son how to drive a stick shift. I've done the research and now I've used their services, and I would not hesitate to recommend Jerry's Auto Repair to anyone in need of auto repair services.
