We Took Our Business Elsewhere

We had a disappointing experience with Jerry's Auto Repair. The guy at the counter wasn't very nice to us to begin with. He was surly. Then they misdiagnosed something and when we caught them in their misdiagnosis they kind of backtracked. They quoted us an insane amount of money to fix something that we had already just gotten fixed. They charged us for the quote but we ended up taking our business elsewhere.

Hi Kyle,
This looks like something that occurred back in August of 2017. The employee that you were unhappy with is no longer employed with us. I see that Front MacPherson Struts were recommended for your 2005 Town and Country van but that you took the vehicle back to the shop that originally installed them so that they could correct their work under warranty.
I'm sorry that your experience wasn't what you had hoped. However I'm glad that we were able to help with the diagnostic that enabled you to get the other shop's work corrected.
