It was my first time using Jerry's Auto Repair and I found out about him on the internet. He replaced my brakes and calipers on a 2006 Corolla. I gave him three stars because when I went in and he did the inspection--which I liked--he said he could fit me in at 7:30 a.m. When I called at 9 a.m., he hadn't even started on it.

Hi Robert, Sorry that we started your brake service later than you would have liked. Most auto repair appointments at our shop are based on a "drop-off time." Sometimes actual work must begin after the scheduled drop-off time because other jobs previously scheduled are going a little longer than planned. Thank you for your feedback and for your business.
