I've been going to McCarran Auto Body for about fifteen years. Going to them is like going to a family member: They have my best interests at heart, and they care. They have repaired my bumper, my running board, and the rear end of my car, which was dented. They have also fixed the inoperable components within the car, including the mirrors, which no longer worked. I appreciate them being honest, and always explaining what they're going to do before they do it. Then, after they've done it, they always explain so that I understand the reason for their work and the value I received.
