Upslope Heating and cooling has done several jobs in our apartments. They have installed new AC units and a new heating unit. They have been out several times for maintenance. One Christmas Eve or New Years Eve, I cannot remember what holiday it was, but our heating system went out and we called him and he "answered." He told us that he was almost back in town and would come out to take a look at it when he got back to town. He kept his word and arrived shortly after our first phone call. He came out and had to replace the thermostat to the heating unit. Anybody that answers the phone on holidays has got to be someone you want to have as go to contractors!
