I was connected to Ben and Upslope Heating and Cooling through someone I trust, and they did a great job, overall. I was looking to upgrade two bathrooms by having vents installed in each, both of which would extend to the outside. I received estimates from two different companies, including Upslope. The first one was a written estimate, from another company, who went to the property, looked at where the work would be completed, and provided a quote. I then received a verbal quote from Upslope, and we decided to go with them. They went ahead and installed a vent, but only in one bathroom. Turns out that one of the bathrooms is located right by the outside patio, and they couldn't extend the vent to the exterior without impacting the patio. Plus, when I received my invoice, they had charged me for almost the same amount that other company was going to charge for installing both vents. I wanted to know why, but I could not get a hold of the other company. When I spoke with Upslope, they decided to give me a discount for the install. Overall, I was happy with the work they had provided, and their staff person was prompt, and a great communicator. He even had to deal with the installation during a boiling-hot day. I would work with them again.
