We were having a problem with not enough air coming through the vents. Called Champion AC (as we have in the past) and Junior arrived and found the the fan was not working properly. He went above and beyond to come back with a new fan and install it the next day (Saturday). Junior didn't want us to wait another day without ac and he worked quickly. We were unsure of the noise a NEW fan makes and we called again to have someone check it out. Junior arrived and assured us (checked it all over again) it was normal and that we weren't used to it being new. Hope Champion AC acknowledges Junior for his customer service and hard work! We appreciate it very much! Keep up the outstanding work Champion AC!
