Service Great - Pricing, well.....
What can you do? For a unit they replaced brand new 4 years ago, to have to spend $1000 in repairs already is high in my opinion. But 100 degree day, and I have to commend their fast service call time (1 hour....wow!). However, for parts that probably run $100 or less (capacitor with hard start kit and contactor), $1122 is really pretty pricey, but again, when the house is over 90 degrees inside, your judgement can be swayed. Also, signed me up for a membership that I didn't ask for (MVP), stating it was free(?), yet I am looking at their site and it says its $279 a year? So.....Service - A+ Price - D and add-ons......well, I didnt think I was at a car dealership and had to dodge sales tactics..... If you have the time and ability to get a second opinion on prices, you may want to. They will, however, get the job done quickly and are very very professional.
