I Want to take the time out to THANK YOU and your Company for going above and beyond the call . I Want to thank you for everything you have done for a Senior Citizen in need. I Want to thank you for donating the awesome ac unit to me. It would have been really hard for me to afford one on my own since my husband just recently passed away . I also want to take the time out to thank Ms MANDY PARKER for being so Kind, Polite,Caring and Understanding with me through all the phone calls i had made to the company You can tell in her voice that she is very proud to represent Champion Ac . Also want to thank her for getting me a window unit until your Service Technician Mr Richard Andre could install my unit. I greatly appreciate everything you guys have done for me I can't thank you enough. I Thank GOD for people like you that help us senior citizens in the time of need .I really want to thank the service technician that worked so hard to get it all done and get my house cooling again THANK YOU MR RICHARD ANDRE for taking the time out of your schedule even on your day off to install my ac unit .Mr Andre worked very hard in this Texas heat to get me cooling again Mr Andre is a very polite and Hard working gentlemen he was very understanding and patient with me Mr Andre answered all the questions i had about my new system even programmed my thermostat so i would not have to mess with it .Thank you all once again for everything you have done for me .
