Five Star Service by Jon Weixel

Jon, a Senior Service Technician, is amazing! Last summer, he rescued me from the heat when my fan motor went out! I got a quote from Jon Wayne and scheduled them to come. They didn't show or call to let me know that they were running behind. I had taken off work that day and was sitting in the heat waiting. I canceled them and called Champion. By this time it was 3 pm. Jon came immediately and went across town to get the fan motor before they closed. He installed it that evening and I had air that night! Not only was the service excellent, but I saved $775 by using Champion,That is Jon! Now a year later, here he is to do the maintainence, check which I purchased last October because of his service and communication with me concerning the issues. I would never hesitate to recommend Champion and Jon to friends and family. This is a five star company with a five star Senior Service Technician! I Have Such Peace of Mind knowing that my AC is in Good Hands when there's an issue. He deserves a Bonus! A Big One! Thank you Jon Weixel
