I was extremely pleased when I received a call to see if the technician could come earlier than originally scheduled. John Weixel arrived promptly at the new appointment time. He explained the problem and gave me several short term and long term solutions to choose from along with pros and cons for each. My a/c was back up and running in less than an hour.
