We had settled on going with Champion AC to replace our HVAC system and ducts. The day of the install was marred with problems involving the wrong unit sent out not once but twice, to having to wait for the install to be finished on the second day. Champion did, however, have us stay overnight at a hotel of our choosing due to the hot weather, and reimbursed us for the cost.

One year later the system had to be replaced, which was at no cost to us. Despite repeat issues during the second install, like from the previous first install, the Champion installers did work from morning to late evening to insure the system was put in properly and functioned to specs. Champion returned and performed an "air flow test" to ensure that all rooms received adequate air flow. So, whereas the first unit required numerous visits and failed within the first year, this current unit has not required any repairs since the install, which was five months ago. It took some pushing from our part, but Mr. Stokes gave us the piece of mind we were seeking from Champion.
