In order to honor any warranty they use a" Membership Program" that is one of the most expensive in the Texas and they really over charge for a complete chain out system that most of the times need repair every year. Once you but there expensive system the catch is for you to buy their membership program so they can come and check your system twice a year an even thou the part(s) and labor is cover under warranty you still have to pay out of your pocket for installation of the warranted part!
