Several years ago our inside unit froze up and our usual maintenance folks didn't come. I "found" Champion through Yellow Pages , called , they would come that afternoon. When our outside unit condenser failed we called Champion again. A tech was dispatched that afternoon. After 15 years it was obvious the entire system needed replacement.
