We purchased a new ac/heating system December 2015
So many people take time to write about complaints, and not enough take time to give praise for a job well done. Short story We purchased a new system in December 2015 the week before Christmas. The installers were very polite and cleaned up any mess that would have been left behind. I get my first electric bill which I had been anticipating to see my new savings. I was in shock when I read the amount due. My bill TRIPLED from what my average bill was normally. I am so impressed at how quickly a service call was set up. Richard Andre can out and solved the problem quickly . He even went a step further and talked with the Corporate and he informed me the company was going to pay the overage of my bill. Not only did he make it right. he went above and beyond. Tim the sales manager also came on the service call. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Which seem hard to find these days. We are very happy with our service
