Needed some work done on entire system. Called Champion AC and Mandy was friendly when I called and made an appointment. Service Technician, Alfredo M., arrived and inspected the whole system and provided me with his professional recommendations. He answered all questons I had with making a decision that would work for us. He was informative, friendly and went above and beyond when he did his job. We set a next day repair appointment and Installers, Justin C. and Jesse M. arrived and completed the work in a very timely manner. Even though I didn't receive a call prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way, Justin C. apologized and went on to do the work.
All the people that we were in contacted with were courteous and professional. We highly recommend Champion AC! GREAT JOB CHAMPION AC!
