We have purchased two air conditioners the first was a problem we had numerous repair people coming out finally solved problem . We purchased second unit we were suppose to be getting a Amana installed . We found out this year that they had installed a Carr . We ask why the unit had no name we were told that names were no longer placed on unit this happened when unit. Was being installed .We have yet to receive rebate paper work for this unit. I have a problem with honesty about the last unit.
