Service was fine but problem wasn't fixed earlier costing us $3,000
A coil leak was discovered by a technician but not communicated to us that they needed replacement.
The result is we had to pay $3,000 as five year warranty was past. However, coil was identified in company notes as needing replacement prior to the end of the warranty.
