left a longer review on yelp, but in a nutshell the install people can't be beat, they're truly incredible.. the rest, not so much. We were told if we got an new system and duct work they would send the paperwork to CPS to get credit (up to$2,500 according to cps) on our next bills. That was in July and as far as we know nothing was sent to them, or at least not on time. Our bills were still well over 200 a month after paying 15k for a totally new system duct work and all, and out 'significantly lower bills' turned out to be around 20 bucks lower a a month, and I'm pretty sure that's from turning the thermostat up during the hottest days so it would run less. originally told it would take two days, turned into 4, but the install guys were working in 90+ degree heat and never complained once, cleaned as they went, and could not have done a better job.
