Unfortunately my newunitwas to be replaced on a Saturday. However the unit designated on the contract was too big for the event space it was to occupy. The process was delayed from Saturday to Monday. I was kept informed by Andrea of the arrival times and that a unit had been found. I inqired about the price, was there a change? She said no. I asked DC for an ammendment on the contract since I no longer.was receiving the unit I had signed for. To date I do not have an amendment to the contract as I requested from Andrea. I have no confirmation or description of the unit or the actual price. Other than this I was extremely pleased with Mike and Mike,
I would sincerely appreciate a descriptiomn and price on computerpto validate the price and also an amendment to the contract as to the change in unit. I was extremely pleased with your technicians they were professionals in the true meaning of the word. Great job Mike and Mike!
