Jaime Camarillo made a service call to our home and recommended we get a new unit. He ordered it and Champion AC promptly sent an installation team, Justin Cavazos and Thomas Hope. They installed it correctly and efficiently. They were very respectful and considerate, and explained what I needed to know about what they were doing and about how the system worked. I felt very confident they were doing their very best work for me and for the company they represented - Champion AC. Jaime Camarillo followed up the next day with a quality inspection of the new installation, making sure everything was working perfectly. He was very thorough and made sure I was satisfied and understood everything. We are so glad that our AC system will be maintained by Champion AC.
