The service technicians communication skills and meeting service appointment commitments have degraded. In the past most of the on-site technicians have truly been military veterans, that adhere to high standards. I am a retired USAF CMSGT Viet Nam combat veteran, so your veteran owned status is important to as well as execution. Hopefully your service will return to the previous standards.
