I had filled in the internet "contact/ schedule an appointment". The webpage said "we will contact you shortly" yet I did not recieve a call for over 2 hours. I looked and saw the hours were open until 22:00 so I called. I spoke with Amanda who mispronounced my name and was sappingly "friendly" but said their policy was to have the homeowner's credit card on file before an appointment would be made. I have had a/c service done in the past but could not remember the name of the company. I called this company due to the high reviews, commercial in Joe Pags, and the fact that it is veteran owned. However, I do not feel I recieved courteous customer service and having a credit card on file prior to making an appointment seems ridiculous to me. I will definitely NOT recommend this business.
