OK,

We lost our air conditioning system, and called Champion AC to see if they could fix it. A service representative got it running again; but said we needed a new AC system, given our old one was 19 years old. The fix lasted 24 hours and broke permanently. Champion returned with three portable air conditioners to help cool the house, and an appointment to install a new A/C system five days later. On the Fourth of July.

Joe and Justin showed up early on the Fourth of July and immediately set to work. Joe and Justin worked non-stop in the heat and replaced the entire system. They kept a very clean work space, answered all our questions, very friendly, and were extremely courteous at all times. After the installation was finished, they sat us down and explained how our new system worked, and what they did during install.

Something we didn't realize is they inspected all the piping, drains, electrical, etc. to make sure it was compatible with new system.

A LOT of other businesses could take a lesson from Champion A/C and their employees. They will receive our business in the future.
