I had Champion AC come out to do a service tune-up last week. Within a week our AC wasn't working. I called them and they came out the same day. They found that my copper wires were rubbing together and had caused a leak, making us loose our freon. Champion AC covered the cost of the repair and fixed the issue as well as replacing the freon. I'm very impressed with our service tech Richard, and for the company in taking care of customers. They deserve 10stars. Customer for life. :)
