Great service, on time. 1 minor issue, during spring 2010 tune up technician told us he was replacing filter but only turned it around. This was discovered by another champion ac tech during fall 2010 svc call. Was never charged for air filter in spring tune up. Appreciated honesty of fall 2010 technician on telling us truth about what happened.
