I just recently bought a unit, in September, from Champion AC. All of the technicians that have been here have been extremely efficient, polite, and go out of their way to help little old ladies. It took all day for them to install it, and I had plumbers under the house at the same time. It was confusing with everybody there, but that had nothing to do with them. The unit works great.
