We had our A/C go out on a Sunday! We are still fairly new to San Antonio and had no idea who to call. I looked up A/C repair and chose Champion A/C. First person who took my call was very nice and attempted to talk me through simple fixes in an attempt to keep me from having to do an expensive service call for Sunday! To no avail, we had to call in some help. Our technician was Rene. He did great. He explained everything he was doing and kept the repair process simple. We had a capacitor go out. He showed me the specs for the capacitor on the unit and then tested the old to show how it was no longer working. At no time did I feel that he was trying to run up an expensive bill. Great service, courteous through our entire process. Will definitely recommend and use Champion A/C again.
