Dead of Summer and my entire AC/Heating System went out!! Called Champion AC & spoke with Tony Martinez about options. After answering a few diagnosis questions and taking some mobile pics of my interior and exterior units, he provided me the answer I was looking for. Not only did he walk me through this over the phone and simplify everything for me, he promised to get it done for me asap! My family did not have to suffer through the furnace our house had become & Techs Cris and Jason were at my door when they said they would be!! A complete system gut and replacement within a few hours!! Believe me, I called around and NO ONE else in San Antonio would commit to not only the pricing I got, but the timing and completion of the job!!
