Tommy came back in the Texas afternoon heat with parts to fix my AC. He was smart enough to come with a backup plan because the fix was a little more complex than originally thought. He did an excellent job and stayed to make sure it was working before he left (Friday afternoon). I am so glad I bought a new AC unit with this company almost 3 years ago. They honor their service agreement and do quality work.
