Gerald was our tech that replaced our system. After about three yrs of running with no problems. The system stopped cooling at about 8 pm at night. We had Gerald's business card and call him ASAP. He answered our call and put us on this schedule that night he arrived at 9:40pm and had us back up and running. He found aunts in our contractor and spray for insects and replaced the contractor.
