The reason I went with Champion AC was because of the customer service. It was great. They were very accommodating. A couple of times when there was a problem, they came out right away.
Champion AC put in a full, brand new system, including a coil, condenser, furnace, the whole bit. They did an exceptional job. Don't go with anyone else.
