After my heater broke I was nervous about calling a repair service, as I have been hassled and scammed by so many that I am skeptical when calling. I called and they had a repair man at my door within 40 mins of my call. Gerald not only ran all the tests, but walked me through everything that he was doing. He didn't try and sell me on a new system or point out numerous things he "thought" might be wrong with my system. He simply told me what I NEEDED, which is what is missing from the other companies. They show up prepared and i had my heater up and running within 20 minutes of his arrival, they really come to work.
