This last week our A/C system (outside unit) was not working so we called Champion AC like we have done for years now. A technician by the name of Richard Grubbs received the call and came to troubleshoot. Within a few minutes Richard informed my wife that it was a capacitor that had gone bad. He quickly fixed the problem and the unit was back in operation.
Richard was very professional and extremely skilled. Great Job Champion AC for keeping this customer happy once again.
