I had family from out of town come over and (of course) my air conditioner started acting up. The tech arrived messed with the AC and came down stairs with his tablet showing me the $900 price to fix the part and explained how I just needed a new system because it was old. He gave me loan/credit info and left. After he left the AC wasn't keeping the house cool. The AC was on for 4 hours and the temperture in the room only changed 1 degree. We called Quan Air for a 2nd opinion & the tech replaced the faulty $150 part and showed us how the motor was on "low". This leads me to assume that the last tech switched the AC to low before he left so we would freak out and get an entire new system. I feel very misguided by this company and will call Quan Air first from now on.
